Records Requests

All requests for records, transcripts, and verification requests must be made online, using the following form:

Please Note

  • Any records requests submitted via email or fax will not be accepted. All records requests must be made using the online Records Request form
  • Final transcripts for graduates, including graduation dates, are not available until after the final day of school has been completed.
  • Official and unofficial transcripts may be requested at any time.
