Three Ingredients Middle School and High School

Once per month the club will come together to create a MEAL! a DESSERT! or a SNACK! Using only 3 ingredients – real cooking together with the host teacher. Cook from anywhere – from a hotplate to a full kitchen. The host states, “We will focus in on how to budget for simple and less expensive meals accessible to all. We will discuss: “Is this HEALTHY?” “How can we change this to make it better?” We will create a recipe book.” In another session during many of the months, students will work with elements and ideas, to collaborate to design, redesign or renovate a kitchen to make it better, all in THE ZONE!
